Black Creek Investment Management was founded and is managed by investment professionals who have a demonstrated long-term record of growing wealth. Black Creek is privately-owned by its principals. We therefore avoid the conflicting interests of outside shareholders, and our business will grow if we are able to achieve superior results for our clients. We invest our own money in the portfolios that we manage for clients. This does not guarantee results, but it does guarantee an alignment of interests on our part. Our focus is on investing and not asset gathering. Our primary responsibility is to our clients, not our shareholders. We do not want to be big for the sake of being big.
