Mukhtar joined Black Creek Investment Management in 2024 and has over 17 years of investment experience across developed and emerging markets.
Prior to Black Creek, Mukhtar was an Investment Analyst at Sprucegrove Investment Management. Previously, Mukhtar was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, with responsibility in the consumer staples and consumer discretionary sectors.
Mukhtar holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management and a Master of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.
