Max joined Black Creek Investment Management as an intern in September 2019 while studying at the University of Toronto. In April 2021, Max graduated with the highest distinction in an Honours Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Finance and Economics and joined Black Creek full time as a Research Associate in May.
Max passed the February 2021 and November 2021 sittings of the CFA® Level 1 and 2 exams, respectively, scoring in the top decile in each. He then passed the May 2022 Level 3 exam and was recognized by CFA® Society Toronto as one of the Society’s youngest Charterholder, 22 years old at the time, before completing the Certificate in ESG Investing by the CFA® Institute in November 2022.
